In 2010 the Hudson Public Library moved to its current home at the corner of First and Vine streets just across the street from Lakefront Park and the St. Croix River as well as The Phipps Center for the Arts. The new facility has seen a dramatic increase in patronage and circulation. (Submitted photos)

Bruce and Sharon Elliott, owners of the garden at 857 McDiarmid Drive, are pictured on their front porch with their dog Flower. Their gardens feature a variety of flowers including roses, iris, daylily, peony, clematis, foxglove, and a gated stone pathway to the back yard containing a gazebo, fountain, and a rock garden. The yard contains beautiful maples and white pines. There will be antique cars parked in the winding driveway.
