In addition to serving United Way St. Croix Valley, John Coughlin was in the midst of a stint as United Way of Wisconsin President. During ceremonies last summer, Coughlin was congratulated by outgoing President Susan Panek. Coughlin’s funeral is at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Somerset.
