TalentQ, Inc., a nationwide recruiting company based in Hudson, is proud to announce their national certification as a Women's Business Enterprise by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

WBENC's national standard of certification implemented by the Women's Business Development Center — Minnesota, is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51 percent owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women.

By including women-owned businesses as vendors, companies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier/vendor diversity programs.

TalentQ Inc., is built on over 30 years of recruiting expertise, and specializes in placing both contract and direct-hire employees. According to Renee Frey, the President of TalentQ, Inc., she started the company with the goal of improving the hiring process for job seekers and hiring leaders.

"I am incredibly proud to be recognized as a Women's Business Enterprise as it reaffirms the importance of diversity in the workplace and strengthens our network across the country. At TalentQ we work diligently to uncover invisible talent in the marketplace," Frey said. "To have the support and recognition of such a notable organization is an honor and it further fuels our passion to improve the hiring process for everyone involved."
