LEGAL NOTICE - Ad For Bids
The City of Hudson will receive sealed bids at the office of the City Administrator located at 505 Third St. Hudson, WI until 10 a.m. on January 16, 2018 for the following:
HUDSON UTILITY SERVICE CENTER REMODEL
Interior Painting, Carpet and Resilient Tile
Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter.
Copies of the Specifications, Instructions to Bidders, Forms, and other contract documents are on file at the City Administrator or on the City website www.ci.hudson.wi.us and may be obtained without charge. All bids shall be submitted in an envelope, on the forms provided, and marked with the name and address of the bidder. If the bid is sent through the mail, or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope marked with the notation "BID ENCLOSED" and addressed to City Administrator located at 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI.
The project is located at 1201 Livingstone Rd. Hudson, WI 54016 and will be available for inspection on January 9, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The City of Hudson reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which it deems most favorable.
