ST. JOSEPH BOARD OF REVIEW, 6-8 p.m., St. Joe Town Hall; due to length of time allotted for the Board of Review and the potential lull in its business, the Board of Review may be adjourned from time to time and interspersed with business from the special town board meeting; report by assessor Dave Dueholm; convene Board of Review: select chairman and vice chairman, verify that at least two members have met the mandatory training requirements, receive the assessment roll and sworn statements from the clerk, establish procedures of operation, review notices of intent to file objection, review assessment roll and perform statutory duties, hear any other motions and waivers authorized by law; no hearings scheduled; set meeting dates, as necessary, to hear objections and/or schedule additional hearings;

ST. JOSEPH SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING; if time allows, the meeting may recess and reconvene during the Board of Review.; David A Dueholm agreement-contract regarding assessments for 2010; 2009-10 budgets - including all items of income and expenditures relating to them.

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, 8:30 a.m., Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road; Brian Colombo variance tabled May 28; Murr; Park Place storage condominiums reconsideration of condition #5, landscaping buffer; public hearing at 8:30 a.m. to consider the following requests under the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. The board will view each site in question, deliberate and vote: special exception for Doug Doornink has been canceled; C.A. Richards, owner/Sienna Corp., town of St. Joseph near Hwy. 35, revocation of the following items previously granted conditional approval on Oct. 1, 2004: Item 1: variance request for filling and grading on slopes in riverway district, Item 2: special exception request for land division in the riverway district, Item 3: special exception request for filling and grading in the riverway district, Item 4: special exception request for filling and grading on slopes in excess of 20 percent, Item 5: variance request to remove vegetation to gain access to a parcel of land in riverway district; all interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard; for more information, call the county, (715) 386-4680; closed session to confer with legal counsel re litigation; open session.
