Three Hudson skaters, senior captains Racheal Knoke and Alex Willi, and sophomore Sydney Squires, have received honorable mention honors on the 2012 All-Big Rivers Conference girls' hockey team.

It's the second straight year Willi and Squires have received All-BRC honors and the first for Knoke.

The three Raiders started skating together on a forward line in early January when Willi was moved up to wing from defense. The linemates tallied 98 points for the season, with all three skaters ending the season with 20 or more points. In BRC games, Squires ranked second, Willi ranked third and Knoke ranked fourth in scoring.

Squires led the team with 25 goals and 41 points, which ranked third in points in a single season by a Raider skater. Squires will return to lead the Raiders forwards next season.

Knoke ended her fourth varsity season with five goals and 16 assists, and finished her Hudson career 11th on the Raider all-time scoring list. Knoke will be attending UW-Oshkosh next fall and will be running hurdles for coach Paul Brown and the Titan track and field squad.

Willi notched 36 points this season, dishing out a team-leading 24 assists. Willi ends her four years as a Raider with 64 assists and leaves Hudson High as its all-time assists and points leader. Willi will be enrolled at Hamline University next year and will be a member of coach Steve DeBus' Hamline Pipers women's hockey team.
