Badger football team gets two more Wisconsin players to commit
At least seven high school players from Wisconsin have committed to the Badgers for next year.
The latest are running back Jeff Lewis of Brookfield Central and safety Michael Trotter from Milwaukee Marquette.
Both gave their verbal commitments Sunday, bringing the number of known commitments to 11 for next fall.
Lewis ran for 585 yards and eight touchdowns last year, and was a second-team selection in Greater Metro Conference.
He also had scholarship offers from Indiana and Western Michigan.
Trotter made the All-Greater Metro first team at safety last year. He had offers from Central and Western Michigan, as well as Indiana.
