Beckum looks to be back at full strength for Badgers-Buckeyes matchup
University of Wisconsin tight end Travis Beckum practiced in full pads Tuesday and he appears to be on track to play Saturday night at home against Ohio State.
The senior has missed most of the season with a bad hamstring and he only played in two late series in Saturday's Badger loss at Michigan.
Beckum lined up incorrectly on the two-point conversion play that would have tied the game at the end and the Badgers were penalized for it.
Coach Brett Bielema said the team practiced the play dozens of times, but Beckum was not a part of the drills because of his injury.
Meanwhile, tight end Garrett Graham returned to practice Tuesday, one day earlier than expected, after being out with a foot injury. Graham is tied for the team lead with 11 catches and he leads the 18th-ranked Badgers with 154 receiving yards and three touchdown receptions.
