The structure will be owned by Evan Ray Properties LLC and will be partially occupied by Bostrom Financial Group, which currently operates from offices at 744 Ryan Drive -- a space shared with First National Community Bank and other professional services. General contractor for the project is Mayhoff Leverington, Excelsior, Minn., but sub-contractors will be from western Wisconsin and Frisbie Architects of River Falls designed the project, said Doug Bostrom.

About half the building will be available for lease upon its completion next spring.
