Boys hoops camps at HHS

High school head coach Jason Swavely and the Raiders' basketball coaching staff are offering two opportunities for boys to participate in basketball this summer.

A Summer Development Clinic, for players entering grades 1-9, is a summer-long clinic focused on developing proper shooting technique and offensive skills development. The clinic runs Mondays and Wednesdays, June 17-July 22). Grades 1-3 will meet from 12:30-1:30 p.m., grades 4-6 from 1:30-3, and grades 7-9 from 3-4:30.

Cost is $50 for grades 1-3, and $60 for grades 4-9 and includes a reversible jersey.

The Hudson Boys Basketball Camp, for players entering grades kindergarten through 9, is a weeklong camp focused on developing individual and team offensive skills and concepts as well as individual and team defensive skills and concepts.

Camp week is July 27-30 with grades K-3 meeting from 8:15-9:30 a.m., grades 4-6 from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m., and grades 7-9 from 1-3:30 p.m.

Cost is $45 for grades K-3 and $55 for grades 4-9.
