KinderCare earns honor

The Hudson KinderCare Learning Center, 2600 Center Drive, has been awarded accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Accreditation is a rigorous process, involving intensive self-study and a site-visit by a team of experts. In awarding accreditation, NAEYC focuses on the center's environment and curriculum, measuring it against a national set of standards of education, health and safety. The quality of communication among children, parents and staff is also taken into consideration.

"This recognition confirms our commitment to providing a high-quality curriculum and a healthy, nurturing environment in which children can learn and grow," said center Director Becky Mesto. The Hudson KinderCare Learning Center offers educational programs and child care for children ages six weeks to 12 years. For more information call (715) 386-6672.
