Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff, vs. Brian A. Hull and Cynthia B. Hull, Defendants.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on December 15, 2008 in the amount of $233,955.82, the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

TIME: July 21, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.

TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court's confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold 'as is' and subject to all liens and encumbrances.

DESCRIPTION: Parts of Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block N, Allen's Addition, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing 56-3/4 feet West of the Northeast corner of Block N; thence West 50 feet, thence South to the South line of Lot 13; thence East 3/4 feet; thence South to the South line of Lot 12; thence East 49-1/4 feet; thence North to the point of beginning.
