Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF9, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF9, Plaintiff, vs. Eugene A.Severson, Tammy L. Severson, State of Wisconsin Bureau of Child Support, Department of Workforce Development, John Brendel, Jr., a Physician/Dentist and Asset Acceptance LLC, Defendants.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on December 17, 2008 in the amount of $213,592.89, the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

TIME: July 21, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.

TERMS: Pursuant to said judgment, 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the sheriff at the sale in cash, cashier's check or certified funds, payable to the clerk of courts (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the clerk of courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten days after the court's confirmation of the sale or else the 10% down payment is forfeited to the plaintiff. The property is sold 'as is' and subject to all liens and encumbrances.

DESCRIPTION: Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW 1/4 SE 1/4), Section 13, Township 29 North, Range 20 West, Village of North Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of Michaelson and Lemon Street; thence East for 50.0 feet to the East side of Lemon Street; thence South on the East side of Lemon Street for 378.5 feet to the point of beginning; thence East 107.0 feet; thence South for 79.0 feet; thence West 107.0 feet to the East line of Lemon Street; thence North on the East line of Lemon Street for 79.0 feet to the point of beginning.
