NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of Hudson will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 18, 2013, 6:55 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin. The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comment in regard to a request by Timothy & Betty Caruso to rezone 811 First Street from R-2, Two-Family Residential District to OFC, Office District and to amend the city of Hudson comprehensive plan to change the 2030 Master Plan Map land use designation from Single and Two Family Residential to Neighborhood Commercial. The property is legally described as part of Sections 24 and 25, T29N, R20W being part of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 7, of Daniel Mears Addition; part of Lot 1, Block 8 of Buena Vista Addition; part of vacated Elm Street west of First Street, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin and is generally located at First and Elm Streets west of First Street. The parcel is commonly known as the former Nor-Lake warehouse facility.
