NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the city of Hudson plan commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, April 10, 2014, 7:00 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, Hudson, Wisconsin. The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comment in regard to an application for a conditional use permit by Presbyterian Homes Housing and Assisted Living, 2845 Hamline Ave. North, Roseville, Minnesota for a senior housing community based residential facility (CBRF) 46 units for assisted living and 19 units memory care and residential care apartment complex (RCAC) 95 units (132 beds) as licensed by Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
The property is zoned as B-2, General Business District. The general location of the proposed development is Stageline Road east of the existing Hudson Medical Center and Hudson Hospital & Clinics and west of ONeil Road (assessment parcel 236-2021-12-000). The property is legally described as Lot 9 & Outlot 1, Certified Survey Map (CSM), Volume 23, Page 5515 except as described in warranty deed #883092 being part of the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 32, T29N, R19W City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
