Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the following items in the approximate quantities indicated:

Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH) dated February 28, 2014.
The Bidding Documents may be seen at the Issuing Office of SEH located at: 156 High Street, Suite 300, New Richmond, WI 54017.

Bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bids shall be directed to the City Clerk securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, BID FOR HIGHWAY 35 WATER MAIN PROJECT.
Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages and labor standards as determined by the State of Wisconsin, Department of Workforce Development Wage Rate Determination.
The City of Hudson Water Utility reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Hudson Water Utility.
