CITY OF HUDSON: AVAILABILITY OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE

According to City of Hudson Municipal Code, Section 145-8 E.1., notice is hereby given that due to the adoption of an ordinance amending Section 145-20 B.2.b. of the Municipal Code of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin, the number of Class "B" fermented malt beverage licenses allowed has changed:

Two (2) Class "B" Beer licenses are available ($100.00 yr).

(To qualify for the license, the premises must be licensed as a restaurant, with the principal business of the establishment being the furnishing of food under the restaurant permit.)

Application forms are available at the City Clerk's office, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI. The City of Hudson Common Council shall not consider any such applications until 15 days have elapsed from the date of the publication of this notice, and all applicants applying within that fifteen-day period have met the waiting period required under State law.
