CITY OF HUDSON
LEGAL NOTICE - AD FOR BIDS - CANCELLED
The City of Hudson will receive sealed bids at the office of the City Administrator located at 505 Third St. Hudson, WI until 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 19, 2014 for replacement of 9 furnaces and 9 air conditioning systems at the City Hall building located at 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI 54016. The Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately thereafter.
Copies of the Specifications, Instructions to Bidders, Forms of Proposals, and other contract documents are on file at the City Administrators Office or on the City website www.ci.hudson.wi.us and may be obtained without charge. Any proposals shall be submitted in an opaque envelope, on the forms provided, and marked with the name and address of the bidder.
If the proposal is sent through the mail, or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope marked with the notation "BID ENCLOSED" and addressed to City Administrator located at 505 3rd St., Hudson, WI.
The City of Hudson reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which it deems most favorable.
