ORDINANCE No. 3-13

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF

THE CITY OF HUDSON, WISCONSIN

THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUDSON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Hudson City Code, Section 34-1, Aldermanic Districts, is hereby amended and recreated to designate a new polling place for voting in Districts 2 and 6, as follows:

§34-1. Aldermanic Districts. The city shall have six Aldermanic Districts. Each Aldermanic District shall consist of two wards, with polling places designated as follows:

1 1 and 2 Council Chambers, Hudson City Hall

505 Third Street

2 3 and 4 Community Room, Faith Community Church

777 Carmichael Road

3 5 and 6 Fellowship Hall, United Methodist Church

1401 Laurel Avenue

4 7 and 8 Fellowship Hall, United Methodist Church

1401 Laurel Avenue

5 9 and 10 Council Chambers, Hudson City Hall

505 Third Street

6 11 and 12 Community Room, Faith Community Church

777 Carmichael Road

This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication as provided by law.
