Clark enjoyed fly fishing as well as fishing on the Mississippi River and northern lakes. He enjoyed watching and playing sports. Baseball was his favorite; he loved watching and discussing the Twins with family and friends. For his personal game, he chose golf. He loved time out on the links with family and friends.

Clark is survived by his wife, Heidi; sons, Kirk (Terri) of Hudson and Michael (Sharon) of Leuven, Belgium; beloved granddaughters, Mathilda "Emmy" and Piper of Hudson; cousin, Bruce Nihart; godchildren, Dale Marty and Amy Anderson; his large, extended Flueger and Nugent families; and countless friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
