Development of former tourist information property is progressing

The infrastructure for the 16-acre commercial development on the site of the former tourism center in Hudson is nearly completed, according to a partner in the development.

David Robson said Monday that Xcel Energy will soon install the main underground gas and electricity lines to the building sites along the street running through the property.

An announcement of the first tenants of the property could come within a few weeks, he indicated.
