Downtown Hudson restaurants offer dessert promotion

Several downtown Hudson restaurants are participating in a Holiday Dessert Event. Now through Dec. 7 each participating restaurant will be featuring a dessert with a specific holiday ingredient. Each chef recently met to draw their ingredient. The participating restaurants are Barkers, San Pedro Café, The Nova of Hudson, Stone Tap, Postmark Grill, Urban Olive and Vine, Pier 500 and Winzerstube.

Doug Stohlberg has been part of the Hudson Star-Observer since 1973 and has been editor since 1987. He worked at the New Richmond News from 1971 to 1973. He holds a bachelors degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota.
