PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action on April 15, 2013, in the amount of $250,317.83, the Sheriff or his Designee will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

PLACE: at the Entrance of the Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016
DESCRIPTION: Unit 5B in Villas of River Ridge Condominium, being a condominium created under the Condominium Ownership Act of the State of Wisconsin by a "Declaration of Condominium for Villas of River Ridge Condominium," recorded the 9th day of November, 2000 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for St. Croix County, Wisconsin, in Volume 1557 of Records, at page 574, as Document No. 633286 and by Condominium Plat therefore:
Together with all appurtenant rights, title and interest, including (without limitation):
a) the undivided percentage interest in all Common Elements as specified for such Unit in the aforementioned Declaration;
b) the right to use of the areas and/or facilities, if any, specified in the aforementioned Declaration as Limited Common Elements for such Unit; and
c) membership in the Villas of River Ridge Condominium Owner\'s Association, (hereafter the "Owner\'s Association"), as provided for in the aforementioned Declaration and in any Articles of Incorporation and/or Bylaws for such Owner\'s Association.
