By virtue of a judgment of foreclosure made in the above-entitled action on June 4, 2013, I will sell at public auction in the entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center, located at 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, on September 10, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., all of the following described premises, to wit:
The West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W 1/2 of NW 1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Twenty Eight (28) North, Range Seventeen (17) West, Town of Pleasant Valley, except parcel of land sold to the State of Wisconsin in Volume 348, Page 48, as Document Number 253466 AND EXCEPT Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map in Volume 9, Page 2572 as Document Number 492532.
