By virtue of a judgment of foreclosure made in the above-entitled action on December 17, 2013, I will sell at public auction in the entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center, located at 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016, on March 18, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., all of the following described premises, to wit:
Lot 23, First Addition to Sommers Landing in the Village of North Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

THE PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD SUBJECT TO ALL LEGAL ENCUMBRANCES.
