PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of that certain Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, Order for Judgment, and Judgment entered in the above-entitled action on February 13, 2013, and filed therein on February 14, 2013, the Sheriff of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, will sell the following described real property at public auction as follows:
DATE/TIME: August 20, 2013, at 10:00 a.m.
TERMS: 10% of successful bid must be paid to Sheriff at sale in certified funds, with the balance due and owing on the date of confirmation of the sale by the Court.
PLACE: Entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Unit 1, Plat of Croix Commons, a Condominium, being a condominium created under the Condominium Ownership Act of the State of Wisconsin by a “Declaration of Condominium of Croix Commons”, dated the 10th day of November, 2006 and recorded the 10th day of November, 2006 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for St. Croix County, Wisconsin, as Document No. 836618 and by a Condominium Plat therefor (hereafter “Condominium”).
Together With all appurtenant rights, title and interest, including (without limitations)
a) the undivided percentage interest in all Common Elements as specified for such Unit in the aforementioned Declaration;
b) the right to use the areas and/or facilities, if any, specified in the aforementioned Declaration, as Limited Common elements for such Unit, and
c) membership in Croix Commons Condominium Association (hereafter the Owner’s Association), as provided for in the aforementioned Declaration and in any Articles of Incorporation and/or Bylaws for such Owner’s Association.
