Gladsome Tidings fill the air

What has become a tradition in Hudson continues its popularity.

The Home for the Holidays concert, Gladsome Tidings, was presented by the Hudson High School Choral Department. It featured the River City Symphony Orchestra and Hudson High School choirs.

Four performances were offered this year -- two each on Sunday and Monday. A total of 2,892 tickets was sold. Over 500 more people were able to attend because of the fourth added concert this year.

The audiences kicked off their holiday season with this musical event which included performances by The Chamber Choir, Concert Choir, Bel Canto and Chanteuse and Swing Choir from Hudson High School. The Children’s Choir, The Weigand Bell Ringers and the River City Symphony Orchestra.
