Hmong protest arrest in Milwaukee
A drunken-driving arrest that got a little rough in Milwaukee has sparked a protest.
A few hundred people -- mostly Hmong immigrants -- marched in Milwaukee Saturday to protest the way the police department is handling the case of Koua Moua.
Moua was charged with resisting an officer after being picked up for drunken driving, and he ended up with a black eye.
Police Chief Edward Flynn has said the police officer's use of force was justified, and an investigation has cleared the officer.
