Home Builders Show moves to Hudson
The St. Croix Valley Home Builders Association announced last week that the 26th annual 2009 Home & Remodeling Show will be at the Hudson Sports & Civic Center on Hanley Road in Hudson March 14 and 15.
This is a change of location for the annual show, which had been held at UW-River Falls' Knowles Center in the past. The date of the event is also a change; in the past it had been held in late January
The show will feature building-related companies, builders and sub-contractors in the building industry. Visitors will have an opportunity to learn more about the finest building products and services, top-quality remodeling jobs or best home builders in the area.
The show will also be "Going Green." A majority of the exhibitors will be showcasing products and/or services that are eco-friendly to the environment. The show appeals to a wide variety of audiences.
For those dreaming to build a new home or remodeling, the show provides a wonderful opportunity to view a variety of home builders. However, the show also provides insightful advice to those who are not currently planning to build a new home.
"It's important to note that the Home & Remodeling Show is not only for people looking for a builder, developer or remodeler," said association executive officer Jill Larson. "The show also features all of the products and services you will need for new construction, remodeling or any home improvement project literally all under one roof."
The Home & Remodeling Show is Saturday, March 14, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, March 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $3 at the door and children 12 and under are admitted for free.
