"The Al Hein tournament is a Hudson tradition and we hope to generate excitement, challenges and fun at this year's tournament," said Kari Rambo, Hudson Hospital Foundation President. "It is truly a great event that everyone can support in this community because they know the proceeds are for a good cause."

In past years, the event was held in August.

"This golf event allows the community to come together for one day and support our local hospital. Prepare to have an exciting day." said Rich O'Connor, tournament co-chair and foundation board member. O'Connor, along with tournament co-chair and fellow board member Craig Gibson hope to raise $55,000 in this year's tournament.

The golf tournament consists of two golf opportunities, a Morning 9-hole Flight and an Afternoon 18-hole Flight. The cost of the Morning Flight is $70 and includes continental breakfast, golf, cart and luncheon. The cost of the Afternoon Flight is $170 and includes a BBQ lunch, golf, cart and dinner. Other community members are welcome for dinner only at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase.

There is also a Grand Raffle and tickets are for sale to win a Dream Vacation, Ordway Tickets to Beauty & The Beast and Fireworks Dinner Cruise For 6 on the Afton House Cruise Line. Tickets are available at the Hospital's Alcove Gift Shop and throughout the community.

To register for the golf tournament, or for more information, call the foundation office at Hudson Hospital & Clinics, (715) 531-6075 or email, foundation@hudsonhospital.org.

The Hudson Hospital Foundation was established over 30 years ago as a charitable organization that would assist in advancing the mission, vision, and values of Hudson Hospital & Clinics. The Foundation and its supporters sponsor programs such as Lifeline®, Healing Arts Program, college scholarship program, Heart2Heart (a community-wide program) offering CPR training and access to AEDs, community van service, and several internal programs supporting education and resources around heart disease, cardiac rehabilitation and cancer care.
