Hudson Holiday Boutique is Saturday, event benefits Youth Action Hudson and Youth Court
River Falls Wisconsin 2815 Prairie Drive / P.O. Box 25 54022

The fifth annual Hudson Holiday Boutique is set for 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7.

Organizer Pam Brokaw said she  can hardly believe that it has been five years since Youth Action Hudson and St. Croix Valley Youth Court joined forces to hold a joint fundraiser. The event has grown every year and this year will have more than 70 artists and craftsmen from across the region along with other participants at more than 150 booths.

The boutique will be held at Hudson High School, 1501 Vine Street,  in the east gym, the commons and the cafeteria. Brokaw says there will be something for everyone.

This year the Hudson Police Explorers will be handling the concession stand as a fund raiser for their organization.  Other local non-profits including Coco's Heart and STRIVE will be selling items to benefit their organizations.  And Santa is scheduled to make an appearance. Youth Action Hudson will also have a card making station where shoppers can make a card for "Operation Write Home".  The goal is to make this a community event that is an enjoyable experience for shoppers and participants.
