NOTICE TO ELECTORS OF THE
CITY OF HUDSON, WISCONSIN
RELATING TO ISSUANCE OF BONDS AND
On February 13, 2013, a resolution was offered and adopted by the Housing Authority of the City of Hudson, Wisconsin (the "Authority"), approving the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Cedar Ridge Apartments Project) Series 2013A (the "Bonds"), as well as its Subordinate Multifamily Housing Revenue Note (Cedar Ridge Apartments Project) Series 2013B (the "Subordinate Note"). Proceeds of the Bonds and Subordinate Note in the aggregate principal amount of $6,600,000 are to be provided by the Authority to Hudson Leased Housing Associates V, Limited Partnership, a Minnesota limited partnership, to finance the acquisition and renovation of a 72-unit multifamily rental housing facility known as Cedar Ridge Apartments and located at 1400 and 1401 Namekagon Street in the City of Hudson (the "Project").
The closing of the issuance of the Bonds and Subordinate Note will be held on or before June 26, 2013. A copy of all proceedings had to date with respect to the authorization and sale of said obligations is on file and may be examined in the offices of the Authority, located at 1015 2nd Street in the City of Hudson.
This notice is given pursuant to Section 893.77, Wisconsin Statutes, which provides that an action or proceeding to contest the validity of such municipal financing, for other than constitutional reasons, must be commenced within 30 days after the date of publication of this Notice.
