Hudson man charged in cocaine bust
A Hudson man appeared in St. Croix County Circuit court Friday on felony and misdemeanor drug charges following a police undercover operation.
Andrew D. Erickson, 25, 1325 Front St. S., was ordered to post $1,000 cash bail and a $5,000 surety bond March 22 on two counts of felony delivery of cocaine and misdemeanor charges of possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
The criminal complaint alleged on March 6 Erickson delivered cocaine to a confidential informant at a Freedom Station parking lot in Hudson and on March 12 he delivered an amount of cocaine in another undercover buy outside the Dairy Queen in Hudson.
On March 21 peace officers conducted a search warrant at Erickson's residence in Hudson, the complaint said.
The maximum penalty for each felony charge is 12 years, six months in prison and $25,000 fine.
Clarissa M. Harder, 24, 1325 Front St., Hudson, pleaded innocent to possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia March 22 in connection with the same incident.
