The Hudson School District’s annual Staff Recognition Banquet was held on May 19 at the Hudson House Grand Hotel, where it all began.

It was all about the numbers. The banquet recognized those who have been with the district for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years. Together the honorees and retirees have a total of 1,849 years of service to the district, a new record for the event according to Superintendent Mary Bowen-Eggebraaten.

The retirees accounted for 414 of those years.
