Johnson posted a $2,500 signature bond on felony sex assault, battery and false imprisonment charges and pleaded innocent to misdemeanor battery, criminal damage, intimidating a victim and subjecting an individual at risk to harm during the July 19 hearing.

Johnson and her sister Valerie Marie Bartkey, 25, Somerset, were charged in the Oct. 1 sexual assault of an 18-year-old male. Bartkey failed to appear Thursday on similar charges in connection with the case and an arrest warrant was issued for her.

The criminal complaint alleged Johnson and Bartkey forced a young male to drink urine from a glass and Bartkey pulled his penis with a pliers at a town of Somerset residence.

Court records said the victim suffered from Aspberger's-Autism Spectrum according to a psychological examination.

The original charges in the case were dismissed in April pending further investigation.
