By virtue of and pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled action on December 29, 2008, in the amount of $161,745.69, I will sell the described premises at public auction at the main front entrance of the St. Croix County Courthouse, 1101 Carmichael Road, City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin 54016 on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at 10:00 a.m.
Terms of Sale:
1. 10% down in cash or certified funds at the time of sale; balance due within 10 days of confirmation of sale; failure to pay balance due will result in forfeiture of deposit to plaintiff.
2. Sold "as is" and subject to all legal liens and encumbrances.
3. Buyer to pay applicable Wisconsin Real Estate Transfer Tax.
