COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., Plaintiff, vs. CORT W. ARKELL, et al., Defendants.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on May 13, 2009, in the amount of $213,167.68 the Sheriff will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

TIME: August 18, 2009 at 10 a.m.

TERMS: 1. 10% down in cash or money order at the time of sale; balance due within 10 days of confirmation of sale; failure to pay balance due will result in forfeit of deposit to plaintiff.

2. Sold "as is" and subject to all legal liens and encumbrances.

PLACE: The entrance of the Government Building located at 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin.

DESCRIPTION: Unit 97, together with the undivided interest in the common elements and the exclusive use of the limited common elements appurtenant to said unit, in Lighthouse Carriage Homes Condominium, a condominium created and existing under the unit ownership act of the State of Wisconsin by Declaration recorded on September 18, 2003, in Volume 2413 of Records, Page 178, as Document No. 740443 and any and all amendments thereto. Incorporated herein by this reference is the real estate described in and made subject to said Declaration, which is located in the City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. ALSO DESCRIBED AS: Unit 97, in Lighthouse Carriage Homes Condominium created by a Declaration of Condominiums recorded on September 18, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for St. Croix County, Wisconsin, in Vol. 2413 of Records, at Page 178, as Document No. 740443 and by its Condominium Plat.
