On the last day of school students in Rachel Mueller's third-grade class were surprised by a visit from CSM Rafael Conde who was stationed in Afghanistan. Mueller's class had collected gloves and mittens for an orphanage in Afghanistan. Conde presented a flag which was flown at the police training center in Marz-e Sharif, Afghanistan, and a certificate which states "In Honor of Ms.
