Raider softball team upset in regional semifinal

There's an old saying in sports that it's hard to beat a team three times in a season. The Raider softball team found that out the hard way in its WIAA regional semifinal against River Falls last Tuesday, May 29.

After sweeping a doubleheader from the Wildcats during the regular season, 7-3 and 15-0, the No. 3 seed Raiders dropped a 3-2 decision to No. 6 seed River Falls on a Wildcat solo home run in the top of the seventh.
