Search goes on for missing youth in Mississippi River
Rescuers have not given up hope of finding the fourth and final victim of a deadly boating accident on the Mississippi River 12 days ago.
Joshua Xiong, 10, St. Paul, is still missing after his family's boat capsized near the lock and dam at Dresbach, Minn., just north of La Crosse.
The bodies of the boy's sister, mother and would-be stepfather were found a week ago.
An all-out search was scaled back on Monday, with various law enforcement agencies taking turns on the water.
If the boy doesn't turn up soon authorities will meet on Saturday to consider another strategy.
