Self-proclaimed religious leader to enter plea in case of hiding a corpse

A self-proclaimed religious leader who's accused of helping a woman hide a corpse in her bathroom for two months is expected to enter pleas Tuesday.

Alan Bushey, 58, of Necedah is due in Juneau County Circuit Court for an arraignment.

Prosecutors said Bushey and one of his followers, Tammy Lewis, kept the dead body of Magdeline Middlesworth, 90, on Lewis's toilet for two months, and Lewis's children saw it rot there.
