Service features singer, songwriter Tim Frantzich
Singer/songwriter Tim Frantzich will perform at an outdoor worship service on Sunday, July 21, at 10:15 a.m. People’s Congregational outdoor chapel next to Barker’s Alps Park in Bayport, Minn.
Frantzich says,”Six years ago I fell in love with the voice of Dr. Martin Luther King. He had an
angel-tiger inside. He showed us how the Soul can be relevant right now, not just for Christians,
but for all of us; how Heaven can be worked toward, even experienced, right here, now. King
says: ‘When Love is on one side of the coin, Justice is on the other.’”
Frantzich began singing in Minneapolis music groups and eventually started singing close-harmony with his brother Paul. Together they have made eight CDs as The Brothers Frantzich, and traveled extensively.
Bring your own lawn chair or blanket. Refreshments will be served. For more information, call the church office at (651) 439-5667.
