RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE TOWN OF HUDSON ZONING ORDINANCE-USED VEHICLE SALES
St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, on August 5, 2008, the Town of Hudson enacted the following zoning ordinance amendment adding:
Section 105-12 B (5) (a) Used Vehicle Sales as a permitted use in the commercial district, provided this is ancillary to a primary use relating to an automotive repair facility located on the same site, owned by the same entity, building size a minimum of 5,000 square feet, minimum 1,000 square feet inside showroom, state licensed and limit the number of vehicles to 10.
WHEREAS, Section 60.62 (3), Wisconsin Statutes requires that in counties having a county zoning ordinance no town zoning ordinance amendment is effective unless approved by the county board; and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County has a zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Committee has reviewed the proposed amendment and recommends approval.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the amendment to the Town of Hudson Zoning Ordinance set out below is hereby approved.
