Public Hearing Notice
Please take notice a public hearing will be held on August 21, 2014 to consider Town of St. Joseph ordinance amendments for Modification of Impact Fees scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.  This hearing will be held to:  discuss the new Public Facilities Needs Assessment and the proposed ordinance amendments to change the amount of impact fees imposed in St. Joseph Town Code Section 101-8D.
The Public Facilities Needs Assessment is available for public inspection and copying in the office of the Clerk/Treasurer of the Town of St. Joseph. A copy of the ordinance and/or proposed amendments may also be obtained at the office of the Clerk/Treasurer. The clerk’s office is located at 1337 County Road V, Hudson, WI. The weekly office hours are Monday from 1:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
