Trial set for Linderman

A four-day trial date has been set for a man with multiple felony counts in connection with a shootout in Hudson two years ago.

Daine Joseph Adam Linderman, 25, Circle Pines, Minn., pleaded innocent to 16 felony counts, including six attempted homicide charges, during an arraignment hearing June 5. Judge Eric J. Lundell scheduled a four-day trial Aug. 11-14.

Linderman was arrested Aug. 24, 2007, in Minnesota after a shootout on Ward Avenue in Hudson. He has been convicted in Minnesota and sentenced to more than 16 years in prison on burglary, assault and kidnapping charges and 23 years in federal prison for attempted carjacking and firearms violations.
