Trinity Academy students and staff began the 2013-2014 school year on Monday, Sept. 9, as planned,  a week after the Hudson School District. The delay was planned because of the addition and remodeling project which was completed during the summer.

Derrick Companies based in New Richmond, Trinity volunteers, Trinity staff and all of the sub-contractors worked to complete the second story addition and remodel in the time frame that was promised.  Derrick companies ensured the grounds were safe for students as construction began before school was completed last May.

Trinity Academy welcomed 168 students in kindergarten through eighth grade. The school also has 123 preschoolers ranging from age 3 to 5 registered in preschool and prekindergarten classes.

Thirty teachers and staff members make up the faculty at Trinity Academy.

Sunday the building will be dedicated during the 10 a.m. service. At 11 a.m., after the service, an open house will be held for folks from the church and community to walk through and see the completed building.  Representatives from Derrick Companies will be on hand.
