According to a Hudson Police Department accident report, Lee was traveling at 80 mph or more when her car went out of control as she swerved to avoid another vehicle that was exiting the highway at Hanley Road.

The 1999 Oldsmobile is said to have skidded onto the gravel roadside, back onto the pavement, then into the ditch where it struck a concrete culvert, causing the car to go airborne and flip in mid-air.

The report says the roof of the car hit the Hanley Road overpass and the vehicle dropped to the ground.

Police Chief Marty Jensen said after the collision that Lee suffered a broken arm. She was wearing lap and shoulder belts, and the car's airbags deployed.

Lee was cited for alleged reckless driving. The crash was reported at 1:58 p.m.
