A man shot to death near Lake Delton last week left seven children behind, but almost his entire estate was left to the son who's charged with his murder.

Sauk County probate records show that Angelo Crisafulli, 55, left $1,400 for his minor daughter and a motorcycle for his brother.

But everything else went to Michael Crisafulli, 13, who was charged as an adult with shooting his father in the back of the head at their home the evening of Jan. 19.

If he's convicted, state law will not allow the youngster to receive the inheritance. Probate records do not list an exact value of the estate, but it's valued at over $50,000.
