A crash Thursday afternoon, Sept. 4, on Crest View Drive at Gateway Boulevard brought numerous emergency responders to the scene.

One person was injured, according to a police radio report.

Four vehicles were reported to have been involved in the crash.

A Ford SUV appeared to have sustained the most damage. It had front-end and rear-end damage, apparently from hitting the rear of another vehicle, and then being struck from behind by a third vehicle.

Two St. Croix EMS ambulances, Hudson police and the Hudson Fire Department responded to the crash. It didn’t appear that anyone was seriously injured.

The crash happened in the eastbound lanes of Crest View, adjacent to the County Market parking lot, at around 3 p.m.
