NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS ALONG THE ACCESS ROAD
INTO THE SHOP YARDS AREA IN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON, ST. CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of North Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin has declared it intention to exercise its police power in accordance with §66.0703, Wis. Stats., to levy special assessments upon property with the following described assessment district for benefits conferred upon the property for construction of common excavation, aggregate base course, asphaltic pavement, traffic control, and restoration along with engineering and administration fees.
Along the Access Road into the Shop Yards area starting at the intersection of 4th Street N. and Monroe Street N. then continuing in a northwesterly direction for a distance of approximately 1,250 feet to the termini.

A report showing proposed plans and specifications, estimated cost of improvements and proposed assessments are on file in the Clerk's office and may be inspected there during any business day between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
You are further notified that the Village Board of Trustees will hear all interested persons, their agents or representatives, concerning matters contained in the preliminary resolution authorizing the assessments and in the above described report at 7:15 p.m. on the 4th day of June, in the Village Hall at 400 7th St. N., Village of North Hudson, WI. All objections will be considered at this hearing and thereafter the amount of the assessments will be finally determined.
